Spool Towers

The SPT 5000 and SPT 5000 K spool towers are stable and robust devices for film spools containing up to 5000 m (17,000 ft) of film (running time: approx. 3.25 hours). The electronically controlled spool motors guarantee a constant, low film tension at any diameter and therefore minimum wear and tear on the film.

The SPT 5000 is available in right-hand and left-hand versions and requires little space as it can be placed against a wall. The shortened ST 5000 K spool tower is ideal for limited heights or portable use; both reels are mounted directly above the floor to spare the projectionist heavy lifting.
