In the assembly mounting, the components are put together to modules such as these xenon blocks.

This picture shows the mounting of the drives for our D film projector series.

Final assembly of FP 30 D film projectors: Although some modules such as lens revolvers or sound devices are still missing, the projectors are visibly taking shape. According to the customer order, the projectors are assembled with individual equipment options.

And here the final assembly of our FP 50 console projectors takes place.

The finished projectors are transported to the test stand, where - amongst others - the intermittent drives are adjusted and the picture steadiness is controlled. The final adjustment of lens revolvers and sound devices is carried out here as well.

Of course not only our film projectors are manufactured at the Kinoton factory, but also D-Cinema projectors, non-rewind systems (such as on this photo), lamp houses, spool towers and many other high-quality cinema technology devices.

In autumn 2005, the production of our Litefast 360 Displays started on additional 500 m² of production area.

Just as our projection systems, the Litefast 360° Displays have to pass thorough running time and quality tests before delivery.
